The youth in our program live with chronic health conditions and are primarily racial minorities from low-income households. Our children face these challenges every day and are considered at-risk for adverse outcomes in their future. The mission of The ELM Project is to enhance the lives of youth living with the challenges of HIV/AIDS and sickle cell disease by providing an enriching summer camp experience, year-round skill building and a supported transition to adulthood.
Giving it all that they've got as a team!
New friends, lifelong connections.
ELM Project heart and soul!
