The Blum Center for Developing Economies is UC Berkeley’s interdisciplinary hub for poverty action and poverty studies, bridging technology, scholarship and practice to tackle the most pressing challenges. Using the assets and resources of the #1 public university in the world, the Center is training people, creating innovations, and developing scalable programs that deliver a pipeline of social sector solutions in key areas such as energy, health, education, financial services, and water.
