Roots of Success is a environmental literacy and job readiness curriculum created specifically for youth and adults who have been failed by the education system making it difficult for them to access stable, family supporting jobs.
Our program, used in high schools, youth programs, job training programs, prisons, jails, juvenile facilities and reentry programs sets students up for environmental careers and provides them with the knowledge to improve environmental conditions in their communities
